My stay at the Geneva Inn was exquisite. The hotel rooms were fresh and clean, making our whole experience very comfortable. The location right on Lake Geneva was stunning, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. However, the service was a bit flippant at times, which slightly affected our overall impression of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were super charming with awesome touches like turndown service with truffles each night and morning coffee prepared in the halls. The balcony, whirlpool tub, and spacious layout made our stay fantastic, despite being on the first floor with a view of the parking lot.

The service was attentive and quick to resolve issues. The dining, especially the fish entrees in the restaurant, was delicious. Overall, a lovely spot with a few minor downsides.
